The Mentoring Program at SuccessBridge is a culmination of the respective course  each participant chooses to take. Our faculty Mr. Krishnan will sit each of the mentees at the end of the course to help them understand their aptitude, temperment and passion for a particular branch of finance. This is a separately charged program will involve the following:

1. Participant self-assessment.
2. Dovetailing participant strengths will job profiles.
3. Screening companies which match participant strengths
4. Researching above companies
5. Helping write cover letters which effective.
6. Helping write an impactful resume that highlights participant  strengths and highlights key strengths participant would bring to the table.
7. Coaching on interview skills & choosing the right company.
8. Advice on future career planning
